Another year is coming to end. The year 2007 saw more active information
sharing from jicafriends in the world. We will continue to make improvements
and offer a mutual space for information and opinion exchange in the coming
year.

Thank you for your message. We have started 2008 alive and thank God for that. Please sell my action plan so that I can get assistance well wishers soon and change the life of PWDs in Zimbabwe for life is very difficult here for PWDs. I wish you the best for the training programmmes for PWDs especially leadership development and rehabilitation programmes that I am familiar.
I will be grateful to see more people invited from Zimbabwe and other African countries.
I miss Tokyo International Centre.
