Dear all,

Dear all,

I would like to inform all of us with great condolences that Mr. Topong Kulkanchit, Regional Development Officer at Disabled Peoples' International Asia Pacific Region passed away yesterday. He was one of the most devoted disabled leaders in Thailand. It is very shocking news and also a great loss.

Regards,

The Secretariat of Jicafriends

I still cannot believe that he had passed away.
I have seen him only a few times,
but I do know his leadership and how important he was in disability movement in the world.
I hope we will recover from our deep sorrow soon.
May he rest in peace.

With deepest regret,
Akiko

I AM SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THIS NEWS. THOUGH I JUST MEET WITH MR.TOPONG FOR ONE TIME WHEN I WENT TO BANGKOK TO TAKE PART IN THE MEETING OF Disabled Peoples' International Asia Pacific Region AT 2005,I THINK I WILL NEVER FORGET MR. TOPONG, THE FRIEND SENT THE NEWS OF DISABLED PERSONS FOR ME ALMOST EVERYDAY.BUT THIS FRIEND,MR.TOPONG, WILL NEVER DO IT FOR ME FROM NOW ON. I THINK OUR PWDs WILL DO THE WORK THAT MR TOPONG HADN'T FINISHED FOR DISABLED PERSONS, SO THAT MR TOPONG WILL FEEL PEACE IN HEAVEN.
MAY HE REST IN PEACE
