Dear JICA friends from JSRPD
Dear JICA friends,
We hope you are having happy holidays.
In Japan, it has been unusually cold. But we are fine and ready to meet a Happy New Year.
For ‘jicafriends’, the year of 2005 is very special because it is the starting year.
We could reach many ‘jicafriends’ through our homepage and share many information.
In addition, we had eighteen new friends from sixteen countries.
We really hope this network will expand more next year.
