A great sportman -Carlos kaiser
Dear Friends,
Last week we were visited by Tomas Del Villar.
He is a person with disabilities and a great sportman.
He practice ski. He encourage PwDs of Algarrobo to work hard
and be happy. we will apply him to represent Independent Living
Chile in "Leaders of Persons with disabilities" 2006.
