Opening Ceremony held on 3 October -T.Wayama (JSRPD)
9 participants were warmly welcomed in the opening ceremony held in the afternoon of October 3.
Mr. Shiro Nebeya, Group Director, Program Group, Tokyo International Center, JICA and Mr. Shuzo Kataishi, Executive Director, Japanese Society for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (JSRPD) made welcome speech. 6 planning committee members, JICA staff, JICE coordinators and JSRPD staff were also attended the ceremony.
