Request from Philippines-Enriqueta Rala

To all JICA friends,

Again, this is Kety from the Philippines, greeting you with my
warmest "Hello". Hope every one of you are all doing great!

It's been my pleasure sharing you what's happening now in our
organization. As I've said, we just have our bakery launching last July
19, 2005. It's been a successful celebration on that day. We advertised
our launching in the radio, and our friends come to attend our launching.
Many breads and cookies were sold, and most of them ordered some cakes, too.
We even met new friends from nearby and some visitors from different places.
It's been very tiring day, but it's a fulfillment anyway. How I wish you
we're here to.

As of now, we want to learn more on different kinds of cookies and
pastries, to make our products unique and different! So to all JICA
friends, please share with us your recipes, who knows? Your recipe will be
liked by our costumers, and we'll name it after your names. Example: AKI
cookies! Is it nice cookies' name?

I want also to give my thanks to Keikosan for the message, to
Masakosan for giving us inspiration when she visited our organization. Also
to Wayama, Yukisan , Ueno, Akiko and to all my coordinators when I was in
Jica and to all my co-participants. That was a very great experience and
inspiration to me. To pursue our goal for the organization: PROVINCIAL
FEDERATION OF PERSONS WIYH DISABILITY OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, INC.!
