Dear Friends of JICA,
Mrs. Andrea Zondek, General Secretary of the National Found for PwD of Chile. She is a great leader and also a great person. I have been working with her for a long time. Please send all my greetings to her. Chile is a country that wants to grow and to reach full social inclusio of Persons with disabilities. Mrs. Andrea Zondek gave me support always and she is giving full support for the firs National Independentent Living Center.
