Greeting and information from chile
hello dear friends from Jica,
I am Carlos Kaiser from Chile, training course "Leaders of Persons with disabilities" 2003.
first of all thanks for creating this web site.
Some things happened since the last time we met.
Well, I got married. Now I'm living in Algarrobo Town in the central region seaside. Our new Major, Mr Urquiza, hired me as the person in charge of the new Municipal Office for PwD Affairs. Mr. Urquiza is a great leader and wants to grant full social inclusion for PwD. I am using all the leadership skills you trained me to serve my people and to follow Mr commands.
do you remember my project? the first Independent Living Center? well, it is almost done. we are going to build the National Independent Living Center in Algarrobo. there are several professionals working hard on it, community is involved. we are appliying to different founds.
