Hi, everybody! from M.OKUHIRA (JSRPD)
Hi, everybody!
I am Masako, a staff of JSRPD.
I had a business in Philippines in Februry and had a chance to visit Katy's place.
Ms. Enriqueta Peredas Rala (we called her Katy) is working at Provincial Federation of Persons with Disability of Nueva Vizcaya, Inc. Nueva Vizcaya is a province located in a mountain area, 5 - 6 hours from Manila.
Their activity is very interesting. They run a boat house, cafeterria and now are preparing to open a bakery shop.
I heard that opening a bakery shop was her action plan. She is making her plan happen. Great!!! I am so happy to see it.

I heard Provincial Federation of Persons with Disability of Nueva Vizcaya, Inc. Nueva Vizcaya at where Katy works held a seminar on accessibility with the collaboration with other organizations and it went great. I am glad to know that the movement is going on there.

Hello from Nepal to Okuhira-san and everyone.
I finally got the information about this website from JICA HQ and visited here. I am very happy to see such a nice place to exchange our information.
I admire JSRPD's great effort.
For information to those who don't know me, let me introduce myself.
My name is Megushi Nishimura. I used to work in TIC and I was in charge of both two courses from 2000 to 2003. I really enjoyed my job during that period. Now I live in Nepal as Assistant Resident Representative of JICA Nepal Office.

Megushi: I am very happy of meet you and of course i remember you. So if you dont remember me, I went to as a representant from Venezuela, in 2000. Here in Vzla I am still working with persons with disabilities, and I really recognize the great value of that beautifull experience and the lot of information that i could return to my country. Was very important how the JICA and the JSRPD's efforts make great experiences to the participants of teh courses.
I remember of course too to Mr Wayama, and anothers who made great efforts in these issues.

Dear Daniel
How can I forget you? The training in year of 2000 was one of the most impressive training for me, since very active and fruitful discussions were held every day.
I am also very happy to know that you are still working with PWD with utilizing your experience in JICA training.
Please let us know the situation of your job time to time.
